Privacy Policy
Effective January 2026. Drafted with reference to Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data collected
Through the consultation form and WhatsApp conversations, this site may collect:
- Full name
- Telephone or WhatsApp number
- Email address, if you provide it
- City of residence, if you provide it
- The description of your insurance needs that you supply yourself
We do not request health data, identity numbers or financial information through this site's form. Such data is only collected at the application stage, through official Allianz forms and the channels the company provides.
2. Purpose of use
- To contact you in response to a consultation request
- To prepare a needs analysis and relevant product illustrations
- To assist with policy applications and claims where you ask for that help
- To meet the record-keeping obligations applying to insurance agents
Your data is not sold, rented or exchanged with anyone.
3. Data sharing
Data may be shared, on a limited basis, with:
- PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia, PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia or PT Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah Indonesia, to the extent needed for an application or claim you have requested
- Technical service providers such as hosting and form delivery services, only as needed for the site to function
- Competent authorities, where required by law
4. Retention period
Prospect data that does not proceed to a policy is retained for a maximum of 24 months from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion. Data relating to an active policy is retained for the life of the policy and thereafter in accordance with insurance industry record-keeping rules.
5. Your rights
Under Law No. 27 of 2022, you have the right to:
- Request information about the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion, to the extent this does not conflict with retention obligations
- Withdraw consent previously given
- Object to the processing of your data

6. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies for advertising. If an analytics service is added later, details and the means of opting out will be set out in this section.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Data submitted through the form is passed to the agent's private communication channels and is not stored in any public database.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The effective date of the current version is always shown at the top of the page.

10. Language
This English version is provided for convenience. Where a question of legal interpretation arises, the Indonesian version of this policy and the Indonesian-language policy documents issued by Allianz prevail.
